Dermal Filler Results and Recovery
Recovery from dermal filler injections is typically quick; most patients can resume normal activities after treatment. Depending on the type of filler used, the size of treated areas and your skin type, you may experience some temporary swelling or bruising.
You’ll see results very quickly with most dermal fillers: most patients can leave the office 10 years younger after a one hour appointment. Some fillers, though, like Sculptra® Aesthetic, stimulate collagen production and take several months to produce results because their goal is a slow long term change.
